The Challenge
As ConnetinBot expanded across manufacturing, distribution, and retail, the existing interface became difficult to scale and navigate. Fragmented workflows, limited visual hierarchy, and increasing operational complexity reduced usability for daily business users, making a redesign necessary to improve clarity, efficiency, and long-term product adoption.
Solution
The redesigned ConnetinBot experience introduced streamlined workflows, clearer information hierarchy, and standardized UI components to simplify daily business operations. By translating complex ERP and IoT data into intuitive dashboards and task-driven screens, the platform became easier to use, scalable across industries, and better aligned with evolving business needs.
The redesign began with aligning with product and marketing teams on business goals and reviewing the existing experience to identify usability and workflow issues. I refined user flows and information structure to reduce complexity, then moved directly into high-fidelity UI and interaction design to iterate quickly on real screens. The process focused on standardizing components and layouts for scalability, with continuous stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment with usability, business needs, and technical feasibility.
