Problem Statement
MSME and SME businesses, especially in non-metro cities, relied heavily on paperwork with little to no digital footprint, making it difficult to access credit and financial growth opportunities. The lack of structured digital records and visibility also limited their ability to discover new business opportunities and scale sustainably.
Solution
A centralised digital portal was created to help MSME owners connect with other businesses and manage transactions in one place. By tracking all inbound and outbound transactions and building a structured digital business profile, the platform enables faster credit eligibility checks and direct connections with loan and credit providers—significantly reducing approval time.
When I joined the product team, existing internal research and stakeholder insights had already identified key pain points such as scattered workflows and heavy manual rework. I built on this foundation through product discovery discussions and design validation, while ensuring sensitive product and business details remained confidential.
